Whether you just need a fresh buff or you want to change the color of your car altogether, we are here to help! We also provide detailed invoices and estimates through matrix repair software that offers us complete knowledge of the vehicle's codes and part numbers.
Color Code / Color Match
When you decide to change your paint you may have a color in mind already. If so, we have its color code. A color code helps to identify precise tints to replicate manufacturer colors. However, if your vehicle paint is more than a year old it may have suffered some vibrance loss; so if you are choosing to just paint a portion of your vehicle, you may want to consider a color match option. With the color match, we take a sample of the original color and have it analyzed and computer-matched.
Headlight Repair
Over time your vehicle's headlights will lose its luster. This is normal with plastics. With our headlight restoration process, we're able to bring the clarity and shine back to your headlights without adding a clear coat or temporary chemicals which would ultimately fade away within a month. This service will bring value back to your vehicle as well as brighten your view at night. Paint Correction
Is your paint sunburnt? Are there minor imperfections in your paint such as scratches or swirls and you need it fixed? We can help! In most cases, minor imperfections can be done in as little as two days. You can get an approximate estimate when you upload a picture of the damage. For this particular service, the level of damage will determine the stages needed for repair. Paint restoration and correction removes scratches and swirls with a deep 5-stage clear coat buffing.
Body Restoration
We use industry-standard materials when repairing bodywork. The severity of the damage might require aluminum or cast iron welding, plastic welding, or just simple body filler. With our body restoration service, we use specific lighting and special tools to ensure every repair is unrecognizable. Before and after photos will be added to your invoice and emailed for your records.
Water Spot Removal
When it rains, the impurities that stay on the surface of your vehicle's paint will be hard to remove with conventional washing. Sometimes water spots occur because the sun heats the surface of your vehicle and burns those impurities into your clear coat over time. This is normal wear and if ignored you may need a special spot and stain remover and some expensive tools to remove all the water spots or you can call us at J&S Paint and Body and let us save you some money, time, and effort.
Paintless Dent Repair
Paintless Dent Repair or PDR is a new process by which a repair is made using special tools and equipment that do not cause damage to the paint. Sometimes the dents are minor without affecting the paint itself. If you have a dent on your body or even on your bumpers we can help remove them without having to strip sand, primer, color, or clear coat. Orange Peel Removal
If you recently had a paint job done or your car's factory paint doesn't seem too smooth it might be orange peel. This is a simple repair that flattens the clear coat to give it a mirror-like finish. From "orange peel" to mirror takes approximately 9 stages of wet sanding and buffing to restore your color and finish.
